I have recently purchased and received a Brave 22 Ton Log Splitter, which I purchased through a local supplier. I researched Log Splitters for over a month before placing my order, and I must say Brave Products earned my sale. From your phone customer service department to your warehouse personnel, I was treated with respect and given correct and useful information, which I used ultimately to buy the Brave splitter.
At all times during my contact with your employees I never felt hassled or pressured to make a decision. I was also given the correct shipping date and date of arrival, from I assume your warehouse manager. The Log Splitter arrived in a secure crate without a blemish on the product. The product installation instructions were clear and concise and walked me through the set up of the splitter. Well, a long story short, I have been usinjg the Brave Log Splitter for two days now and it is awesome. Works as advertised without a hitch. THANKS TO ALL YOUR STAFF, THEY DESERVE A PAT ON THE BACK …… And I will be recommending your splitter to my friends, because they are not using mine !!!!
Sincerely,

Our lake home in Northern Wisconsin was hit by an F-4 tornado last June. As a result, I am left with some pretty bad property, but a life-time supply of fire wood.
I have split about 10 cords with my new Brave splitter over the course of the last week, and I am very happy with it. It has handled some very large oak quarters with no problem. I have about 40 more cords to split, then we move on to the neighbors. I am very lucky to have driven past our local (major supply chain) store when they had the Brave log splitter on display out front. Thanks for building a good product.

Gentlemen,
As a former Industrial Arts instructor, I have an appreciation for quality built machinery and tools. After purchasing a Brave EZ Split log splitter, I followed the excellent assembly instructions provided.
It was truly a pleasure to find that the various components were machined to fit precisely and made in the USA.
The engine started on the second pull and provided a steady flow of power to the ram. I have used it to split both green and dry Oak and Birch chunks this past week, and the unit never hesitates.
Thank you for putting a product on the market that is worthy of praise and lives up to the Made In America standards,
Sincerely yours,
Glyn
